In addition to being a practitioner and facilitator, I offer a range of health products, promote other complementary health practitioners and lifestyle programmes.

Practitioners, you'll notice I dont just teach the public. At Catalyst for Change we not only offer Reset and Kinergetics into the practitioner community, we offer a range of business and personal development programmes to arm you with additional and effective tools, for your business and your personal life.

I have been in practice for the past nine years.

My modalities include Neuro Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy, Remedial Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Bowen Therapy, Reiki, Touch for Health, Three in One, Braingym, Beginning of Understanding Kinesiology, RESET and KINERGETICS and Theta Healing.

I instruct Massage classes (including Massage for Couples) privately and through Nepean Community College. I organise Community Complementary Health Seminars on a regular basis.
