LEARNING PROBLEMS – ADHD TRIAL. Concerned with the current trend of ADHD I decided to trial four case studies of teenage children medically diagnosed with ADHD. I offered these children, three boys and one girl between the ages of 11 to 16, four sessions consecutively over one month using solely Kinergetics. In all cases these children showed remarkable improvements after the first session. One boy improved his spelling scores from 3 out of 20 to 17 out of 20. The behavior in all children improved dramatically after the second session with glowing reports from school and home. The parents were extremely relieved to see there was no longer anything wrong with their children and their lives returning to normality. Also two parents were glad to take their boys off medication. LEARNING PROBLEMS - DYSLEXIA TRIAL. Recently I have been working with 48 children ages from 6 to 14 with dyslexic tendencies. I use a combination of Kinergetics, Edu-K and Applied Physiology for corrections with profound results. Before commencing any corrections I always test for T.M.J. (jaw) imbalance. Out of 48 of the children tested, 29 had an imbalance. I balance the jaw using the RESET technique. On 5 of the children I purposely did not correct the jaw, and the dyslexic corrections did not hold. I then corrected the jaw using RESET and got the results I always get. The first part of the corrections is cross crawl (touch left knee with right hand, right knee with left hand in sequence). This particular 8 year old boy could not even start. He seemed to have 6 hands and 4 knees. His mother told me that at 18 months old he had been accidentally hit in the mouth with a railway tie that fell from a pile and the mouth and top gum were badly cut. I did RESET on him and when I had finished he did cross crawl perfectly. Dave Everett Jan. 1997.

LEARNING PROBLEMS. Last year I was seeing a 7 year old girl who had struggled through Prep, Grade 1 and Grade 2, and who was having a lot of remedial work without any effect. Her teacher then suggested that they try something outside the traditional education methods.

Her mother who had learnt some Kinergetics with me about 6 years ago, asked me if I could help her daughter, because she didn’t want to go to school, and had become aggressive and disheartened.

I did quite a few corrections on her over about 4 sessions. I corrected the Hydration Scan List Correction; Advanced Brain Integration; Priority Stress Correction; Stress relating to school and learning; K8 Brain Hydration Formats and lots showed up eg. D.L.S., Logic Processing; and Brain Integration.

I did not see the mother and her daughter again. However several months into grade 3, her mother contacted me for another matter, and so I asked about her daughter. She had not had any remedial work this year, and she amazingly had caught up with the rest of the grade, as if her problems had never existed. When she was having learning problems, she always wanted to sleep with her parents, and this behaviour had stopped also. GS 2003.

LEARNING PROBLEMS. When my son came to Ron last summer, we didn't know what to expect. We only knew years of other therapy (speech and learning) still couldn't get him to where he needs to live a fulfilling life. He couldn't count the days of the week or months of the year, or read anything without skipping, mixing order or changing the words. He had no organisational skill, sequencing or problem solving abilities. His relationship with his father was poor. LEARNING PROBLEMS. My son has been diagnosed as ADHD yet after just two visits with Kinergetics his report card has come back with comments on attention span and behavior as good. I have since completed the course and can see the benefits in every household especially if kids play sport. I now want to help others to a balanced body and soul. Marieann Jones.

LEARNING PROBLEMS. For the first time in memory I can see numbers when people say them to me so that I can copy them out of my visual third eye (I have been dyslexic most of my life), and I have felt more alert being able to get up earlier. Doris Airey Ph.D. Sept. 1993.

LEARNING PROBLEMS. This knowledge is extraordinary. At night, after Barbara and Philip's RESET and K1 and K2 workshops I went back to my anatomy books to study and absorbed and understood the information in a manner I was blocked from accessing before. I subsequently arranged to miss my medical school classes the next day to take K3. Philip Rafferty has developed a technique that addresses the source of dis-ease. I look forward to treating both the source and symptoms of illness with Kinergetics and my medical training. Thank you for the invaluable insight into the human body, psyche and spirit. LEARNING PROBLEMS. For 5 years we were at out wits end. During that time we'd been to 15 different specialist/therapists, read numerous books, done two parenting courses and lad lots of advice from well meaning 'friends.' I used to dread when he woke and I couldn't wait for him to go to sleep at night. Although I knew I loved him, I often didn't 'like' him, and many a time was close to picking up the phone to Human Services to find him a good home. We used to joke that if our marriage broke up we'd fight over who had to have him. We were all 'Specialised out' when we found out about Gerald. I was desperate and my husband - although sceptical - had no better suggestion so we decided o give Gerald a try. Now it is the father who asks 'when's his next appointment?' or, 'Let's get him into Gerald for a tune-up.' The child himself, although only 8 years old, says, 'Gerald is the only one who has done any good for me.' He was reluctant to go in the first place - now he's in the door, up on the couch with his boots off before I've even locked the car. Last visit to the Pediatrician, when asked why I thought things had improved so much, I hesitated and reluctantly confessed (for fear of retribution) that we'd been going to Gerald. To my relief and delight he approved and encouraged us to keep going. The peace and love in the family now is fantastic. It's such a relief to not only love, but like my/our son. There is no thought now of our marriage splitting up. B & P O.

LEARNING PROBLEMS. After Kinergetics treatment from Gerald Burns I am relaxed and less agitated. Pain has gone. My memory is improving to the point which I am confident that his treatment will (lead to) be a 100% recovery. Paul.

LEARNING PROBLEMS. I am a 29 year old qualified chef, turned qualified carpenter who was looking for a new career path which I have now found in Kinergetics. I first experienced Kinergetics in June 1997 with Sherril Jepson. This enabled me to cope positively and lovingly with the stressful and emotional separation from my loving wife. I have personally found improvement in my confidence, in every part of my life's work, relationships, ability to cope with stress and emotions, family, sporting ability, improved vision, balance and co-ordination, injury prevention. Not to mention a fantastic improvement in my writing ability, reading skills and retention of information and comprehension. Life is now a Celebration thanks to Kinergetics. LEARNING PROBLEMS. I used RESET on a 23 year old client. Her jaw was completely out, her TMJ's were clicking. She had been taking panadol pain-killers regularly. She has been amazed with the results of RESET and has had no pain since then. I have also used RESET with 10 other people successfully. Five of these are teenagers with learning difficulties. LEARNING PROBLEMS – BRAIN INJURY. I am recovering from a brain injury that happened three years ago. When Philip did the first TMJ correction on me my brain cleared. I was able to run thoughts through my head. Before the correction anything complex would get stuck, as if in mush - causing physical pain and much frustration. My short-term memory returned and I was able to comprehend and immediately assimilate and use new information again! Other effects were noticed days later. I was able to screen out auditory and visual stimulation from my environment allowing me to go into crowded places, stores, rooms and halls with high ceilings, and noisy places. LEARNING PROBLEMS – CONDUCT DISORDER. A 4 year old presented with Conduct Disorder - argumentative, persistent questioning, insecure and destructive. Correcting dehydration of the brainstem has seen a child that is now calmer, relaxed, inquisitive and gentle. Theresa.
