For a start, my hands always seem to be warm and when I am balancing clients they sometimes comment on this. The other sensations I notice when sending energy into an organ or gland are a pulsing sensation or a feeling similar to tingling in the palms of my hands or my fingertips. Sometimes my hands vibrate unexpectedly. Other practitioners will feel energy differently and, of course, we all know how Philip Rafferty reacts when he sends healing energy! When watching Philip work and he gets the surge of energy, my body sometimes jumps in response to the energy flow. Perhaps you have other ways of sensing this healing energy.
