PRACTITIONERS -
Kinesiologists research
at Kinesiology House, Melbourne
After waiting more then 2 years I was finally able to take my first Kinergetics classes in March 2001.
My first experience with Kinergetics was when a friend needed a body to practice on, I volunteered! As a got off her table I realized that the mountain I was climbing every day was gone! I had much more ability to get on with the activities of the day. What a blessing!!
Back to March...In the first week of using Kinergetics a secretary, working down the hall from my office, rushed in utterly stressed out trying to put together a closing for a house. Everyone was calling and changing figures so she was redoing and redoing. I had her think of the stress and corrected the imbalance then I asked her to think for the stress again in the same way...her eyes grew large and she looked at me and said "I can't remember what it was." A male age 50 has hepatitis C after his 2nd session the whites of his eyes have remained white not yellow. A young man 25 with cerebral palsy was able to lie flat and comfortable on the table during his 3rd session. His mother could hardly believe his eyes and now her reports that where he would fall 2 to 3 times a week he has gone 6 weeks without one fall.
A woman in her 30's who works as a dental assistant came to me with a "locked" jaw she had been "eating " through a straw for 3 weeks. Using Kinergetics the jaw relaxed and she left in 20 minutes singing at the top of her voice. A woman age 48 with chronic back pain had been receiving Chiropractic adjustment and acupressure for a maintenance program found after her second session she could move with greater ease and a greater range of motion. Using surrogate testing on a 6 month old infant Kinergetics was able to balance the child to sleep nights and cease his constant crying which made both parents happy .
A friend in her 70's called and asked if there was anything Kinergetics could do to help her as her kidneys were not working and she was afraid she might have to go into dialysis. I told her we could see. She felt the change in her body while she was still on the table and had to get up and use he toilet. Another friend, a woman in her early 50's had been bleeding for more then three months and no one seemed to help her, after her 2nd Kinergetics session she feel she is nearly back to normal.
I love Kinergetics for the positive change it has made in my life and the lives of my clients. But mostly for the effect Kinergetics has had in the life of my granddaughter. When she was born the plates in her head did not realign and she had a large flat spot in the back right area of her skull. Her mother and father were concerned about her delayed development and her constant falling. After one Kinergetics session the head rounded out and she appears to bee a happy healthy 3 year old.

Using Kinergetics on clients has allowed them to learn and heal various aspects of themselves. It has highlighted the fact to them that there are no limits in what they can do for themselves and their families. Learning Kinergetics has given clients the tools required to have confidence in themselves. Their families and friends have benefited in many ways.

When I got home from the Kinergetics Intro class my husband was having a VERY difficult time dealing with our 13 year old daughters' first boy-girl activity. I asked if he wanted to let me practice on him with the information I learned in Kinergetics Intro. After the balance he was able to settle down and feel less stressed and more appropriate.

My daughter was struggling with a cord (most students have a very difficult time with this cord and seldom get it right.) in the violin number she was to play for graduation night. We decided to do the stress 2a balance from Kinergetics level 1 (which is all I have taken so far. Can hardly wait for more!) Wow did her eyes pop out when she breezed right through the number time after time with NO problem what so ever!!!!
Becky 2002.
When I first discovered Kinergetics nearly four years ago, I was amazed by its power and simplicity, and immediately began to integrate it into my professional tool-kit.
Since then, Kinergetics has consistently provided outstanding results with many different kinds of problems, ranging from neck and shoulder pain to food allergies and emotional stresses. Like myself, many practitioners are finding that Kinergetics adds great depth and breadth to their work.
As with other forms of kinesiology, Kinergetics is not used to diagnose. However, when imbalances in the body's energy are identified and restored to a state of balance, the body's natural healing abilities are often able to solve the problem. The distinguishing feature of Kinergetics is that healing energy is used for correcting all problems. This makes it very quick to use, and easy to learn.
The healing method is taught at the introductory level, and subsequent classes provide a wide range of applications, including utilisation of water within the body, emotional stress clearing, pain reduction, sports improvement, affirmations, comprehensive muscle balancing, brain integration, toxin release and metaphysical balancing. Kinergetics was developed by Philip Rafferty, the founding president of the Touch for Health Association of Victoria. Philip had already been involved with kinesiology for 10 years when he discovered that healing energy combined with kinesiology achieved faster, more effective results.
Inspired by Reiki, the ancient Japanese technique for accessing universal healing energy, Kinergetics uses muscle testing to identify organs, glands or chakras (energy centres) which need extra energy in order to resolve a particular problem. The power of Kinergetics comes from the huge quantity of information drawn from other branches of kinesiology. Many hours of training have been distilled into a readily accessible format, which enables fast, effective balancing.
"Ann" recently came to see me because she was concerned about poor memory and continually being tired, no matter how much sleep she had. Our first session was spent balancing her energies and correcting a problem with Candida, a common yeast infection.
When Ann returned two weeks later, she was much brighter, and her memory had improved. However, she reported feeling great concern about her father's health, for no apparent reason, although he was going through a difficult time in his life, having recently lost his job. Ann also mentioned that she was getting depressed when listening to Elvis music, which she had always enjoyed before.
This session took us into Ann's early history. The muscle testing identified a stress relating to her parents' temporary separation when she was four years old. Her unconscious memory was still responding to her childhood panic at her mother's disappearance, and her fear that her father might also leave.
This deeply-buried trauma had been activated by her father's recent difficulties, which were similar to the situation that occurred when she was four. The link with Elvis was interesting. Her subconscious mind had made a link between Elvis' unhappiness leading up to his death, and her parent's unhappiness at the time of their separation, which was making her depressed when she listened to Elvis songs. Her mind was trying to alert her to a potential problem based on past experience, although in fact, she was in no danger of being abandoned in today's world.
We were able to clear the stress around these issues by balancing a number of glands and chakras, and releasing her childhood fear. Next time Ann came to see me, the depression was resolved, her memory and concentration had returned to normal, and she had plenty of energy even on her busiest days. This brief case study gives an idea of the complexity of the subconscious mind, and how long-forgotten trauma can affect our present reactions without us knowing. It also demonstrates how quickly results can be achieved using the simple but powerful techniques of Kinergetics.

Kindred spirits we are. I know of this person who had no direction or goals in life, who was depressed and feeling unsupported in their self. Damaged, in denial, holding onto anger and resentment, totally unaware of the inner child that had fled and with massive holes throughout the bodies chakra system this person struggled daily with life.
Weekly sessions of Kinergetics balanced the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects. Slowly this person healed all the hurt and ripped bits. They stopped placing blame, started taking responsibility, felt stronger in the body and mind and began reconnecting with the soul and inner child.
Enlightened with Kinergetics this person realised their own life purpose of healing others and in turn continues to heal their self, finding the strength and belief reflected within to do so. Finally acknowledging the self to be in the right place at the right time on a daily basis this person now enjoys the right relationship(s) for all the right reasons and bravely faces the challenges and blessings of each day.
I feel much closer to this person and her inner child than ever before. Perhaps because I am this person who has Peter Roberts and the knowledge passed on by Philip Rafferty through Kinergetics to thank.
Vicki Roberts.
I had my first kinesiology session with Philip way back in 1990. At that time, I was working with energy rebalancing and rebirthing. Though getting some results, it was a lot of hard work. A fellow practitioner shared with me his experience with Philip, and highly recommended him to me. So I went along, and found it so helpful that I went to Philip's first Kinegetics workshop to learn how to do it myself. Philip had cleared my body of Candidadiasis, and balanced many current emotions for me. Now I was learning how to help others as well as myself in a powerful specific new healing modality. I have been using Kinergetics ever since, and it is the mainstay of my practice. Thanks for your gift, Philip.
Myra 2002.
Have I ever been practicing? I am enthralled with this!!! I did a balance on my mum Sunday. It took two hours to correct two affirmations. She wasn't feeling well when I got there and by the time I was done, the dark circles under her eyes were gone and she had more of a glow. She felt much better. Then, I did a balance on my sister. The things we were finding were issues she's been dealing with that I didn't even really know about. I love doing this because of the positive way it affects people; releasing them from things that have been burdening them for a long time. Things they maybe didn't even know about.
Felicia.2002.
I have a lot of people come to me for help dealing with their anxiety/panic attacks. It has been my experience to find that there are two distinctly different types of causes and therefore two distinct types of people suffering these attacks.
The first "typical" anxiety attack person is the stressed high achiever. These people push themselves beyond reasonable limits always wanting to achieve more, never being "good enough."
These are the people who "try to please anyone and everyone and don't consider what this overload is doing to their own coping mechanisms. Long term stress of this sort finally causes the "coping" mechanism to break down resulting in a non-coping person suffering from severe anxiety, panic and finally long-term depression and the inability to function. These people usually find themselves at the doctor, dosed to the eyeballs with anti-depressants, not only suppressing the cause but also putting them in a state of "fog" and still unable to cope.
The second type of person is the lay-back easy-going individual who at some time in their life has experimented with DRUGS suddenly for no apparent reason finding themselves experiencing unexplained anxiety, panic, neurotic behaviour and depression leading to the inability to deal with everyday life. Sometimes their answer is to take more drugs to give them a false sense of security, which in effect compounds the problem.
During my time as a therapist I have assisted many of these people get their lives back on track, helping them to take control, modify their behaviour and crawl back out of the dark hole that they found themselves in. I have done this with a combination of things but certainly counselling combined with Kinergetics have been the most effective tools in assisting each individual face their demons, release their stresses and finally move forward.
Because I have found that even one experimental experience with drugs can lead to detrimental effects even years after the event, I have researched and am always seeking more answers. I therefore read magazines from sometimes unusual sources, however, I am finding that there is more and more substance to my belief that one drug induced experience for some people can lead to detrimental mental health issues many years later. This can affect the whole nervous system, belief system, sometimes manifesting in quite neurotic behaviour.
With these types of illnesses/imbalances I have found on occasions a link to genetic obsessive/compulsive behaviours. These types often have numerous addictions which poses a whole new range of problems.
My advice to practitioners when taking a person's history would be to ask if at any stage in their lives they have experimented with recreational drugs of any kind in any amount. This can assist in tying up these types of symptoms and allow a basis for healing.
It has been my experience that, without any other skills, people with anxiety/panic attacks can be helped significantly with Kinergetics by following Philip's recommended regime as follows.
1st Visit: Level 2 hydration Balance-Brain Integration.
2nd Visit: 16 Muscle Balance (shows up hidden stresses)
3rd Visit: T.M.J.
Subsequent Visits:
(A) Work on specific stress issues
(B) Level 8 Hydration (This is especially beneficial when energy fields have been damaged by drug use).
(C) Finally a Brain Hydration (K8)
If you have other skills that address genetic issues, it is always good to address these also.
Gweneth White April 2001
Over 20 second year kinesiology students at the Kinesiology
School for Energetic Sciences were tested for imbalances.
171 imbalances were found, including T.M.J. muscles tested
in contraction and extension, over inhibited and over
facilitated. The students were then taught R.E.S.E.T.
The imbalances were retested. Of the original 171 only
28 were now showing (84% corrected). Of the remaining
imbalances, some students required water and some imbalances
were corrected with further R.E.S.E.T. One extra correction
position brought the corrections to over 90%.

I recommend that anyone in the health profession learn
Kinergetics. I am a Naturopath, Homeopath, Acupuncturist,
Kinesiologist and am qualified in massage, reflexology,
Bowen technique, iridology etc. I have studied numerous
aspects of Kinesiology and continue to do so, yet Kinergetics
continues to be the modality that I most commonly use.
It works perfectly with all other modalities and allows
me to tie all modalities together very efficiently and
effectively.
Sue Wilson 1998.
Kinergertics is a modality of Kinesiology that encompasses
the other modalities together, and brings them together
in a very logical way. After doing the course at the Kinesiology
College, a lot of the Graduates were quite confused about
how they could put everything we learnt in two years together,
that was until they did Kinergetics. They said that Kinergetics
brought everything together for them in a much more logical
way and gave them a platform to work from which they didn't
have prior to doing Kinergetics. I found learning other
modalities of Kinesiology was much easier after doing
Kinergetics, as it make everything else look much more
simple. You learn the absolute essentials of Kinesiology
in Kinergetics, eg age recession, correcting with emotions,
allergy testing, affirmations, etc and this gives you
the basic tools of Kinesiology to learn any other forms
of Kinesiology. Karen Winter Had occasion to use Kinergetics
with a friend's client. She lost the indicator muscle
and couldn't get it back with any of the 'tricks' she
learned in Applied Physiology or elsewhere. So, she called
me. She thought there was a major problem with switching,
and I must say that is how things appeared. However, two
chakra corrections for Magnesium and Potasium later and
couldn't find any switching. I LOVE KINERGETICS. The client
called back the next day really pleased as she said she
hadn't felt so 'light' in a very long time.

I have been a practising Kinesiologist for over four years
and have done most of the advanced courses. The technique
that I use the most for correcting imbalances is Kinergy.
I find Kinergy quick, simple, efficient and very profound.
It allows me to correct imbalances on a very deep level,
which enables me to make significant changes just in the
first session. It is so far, for me, the best method that
I have used for correcting energies and vibrational imbalances
in the body. A tool of the future. Bernard Pantel Aug.
1993. Level 7 Kinergetics is the deepest workshop I have
done. It goes beyond the Metaphysical to the truly Spiritual
level of healing. I have cleared very deep emotional suppressions
in this experiential workshop.
J Barrett-Lennard 1996.
Fortunately and unfortunately (I will explain later),
Kinergetics was my first exposure to Kinesiology and the
first one that I learnt. I sailed along repeating frequently
so that I really felt comfortable with it and worked on
all and sundry that came within my reach. Even in the
very early days before Kinergetics 7 some of the results
I had were amazing. It wasn't until much later that I
realised just how amazing. I had heard of Touch for Health
but didn't know what it entailed, just that it worked
the concepts of chinese medicine. Gradually other Kinesiology
modalities names surfaced and I became aware of PKP, N.O.T.,
LEAP, Applied Physiology, Brain Gym, Three-in -One etc.
etc..... Eventually I began to feel inadequate because
I had only done Kinergetics; and therefore I must not
know very much. Suffice it to say that thousands of dollars
and several years later I know more. Not necessarily because
of what the other coursestaught me; sometimes it was because
of what they didn't teach. I now instruct in Kinergetics
up to Level 7 and am a SIPS1 instructor and teach RESET,
and what I have found is this: There is no one kinesiology
modality that I would back against Kinergetics across
the whole scope of what we may be presented with in a
client. Other indidvidual modalities may do extraordinary
work to a greater degree within a narrow band of criteria.
This is not a put down for any of these modalities; quite
the reverse. They are very good at what they do, these
are the specific reasons that they were developed. However
they have limitations on what you can use them for and
how you use them. Generally speaking when doing these
courses it is emphasised that there should be no deviations,
add ins etc. And I have found a distinct lack of enough
practice time to achieve hands on competency. Loads of
theory from the book is presented, along with historical
information and additional information which has worth
but is of infinitely more benefit if you really understand
what you are doing in the first place. To put this in
laymans' terms, they present us with a vehicle to get
the client from A to B and then proceed to teach us how
to be a mechanic and have an idea how to build it, then
they send us out of the door at the end of the day hoping
we can drive. It is a common complaint I have heard and
on numerous occasions have been asked how can we put it
together. Not so Kinergetics. A common observation in
workshops is that Kinergetics therapists seem to be able
to incorporate things into their work and it flows and
they have a confidence in them about their work. This
is so. Kinergetics has a lot of hands on practice and
shows people all the way along how to incorporate other
relevent information into the circuit no matter where
that information comes from, be it other courses, life
experiences, literature and so on. After all as Philip
says "if it isn't in the circuit, it can't be corrected".
I regularly enhance the work I do by incorporating parts
of other modalities I have done and SIPS into my Kinergetics
work, it just flows. Kinergetics strength I feel lies
in its versatiliy. We get given the vehicle BUT it is
an all-terrain vehicle, not restricted to one theme; it
is mechanically sound and has many safety features for
client support in the form of troubleshooting etc; it
has the capacity to carry more or less depending on the
individuals' knowledge and entrepreneurial skills and
best of all it teaches us to be great drivers to get from
A to B with a minimum of fuss. After all we don't have
to know how to build a computer to use one. I have always
been confident that no matter what a client presents with,
I can do something of benefit for them with the skills
learnt in Kinergetics. Remember we do not heal any body.
The success of any therapy/therapist is in the ability
to remove the blocks and allow the body to access its
own healing wisdom. I believe Kinergetics makes this possible
more easily. As I am a practitioner of Kirlian Diagnosis
I have found this method of showing the bodies energies
most effect when doing 'before'and 'after'shots during
treatment. This is something tangible that the client
can see in black and white and is not subjective in the
way that asking them 'how they feel 'is. The client can
see the changes energetically represented and can see
when they are long-lasting or when other areas then display
as needing to be worked on. This works equally well when
using other therapies such as aromatherapy, essences,
massage etc. This was how I was originally exposed to
Kinergetics and I was impressed with how immediate the
energetic changes were. I still am. The wonder of it never
ceases to amaze me.
Glenda Sedgman June 2001.
I began my studies in kinesiology by undertaking a two
year diploma course in kinesiology and subsequently covered
at least 11 workshops across numerous kinesiology streams.
Although I learnt many great techniques, I found it to
be a somewhat overwhelming task to integrate my knowledge
and the different techniques. I have since studied the
Kinergetics courses (Intro - 8). Kinergetics has become
the backbone to all my balancing (at least 50%), because
it provides a framework that allows integration of my
other knowledge. I have found that no other kinesiology
course provides techniques to balance the critical hydration
/ dehydration involvement of an energy imbalance like
Kinergetics. Every one of my clients has needed to have
their hydration corrected using Kinergetics and in over
90% of cases, this procedure balances each of the 14 meridians.
Since using Kinergetics, my balancing appears to be faster
and deeper. I highly recommend it, even if you've studied
many other kinesiologies. Sue Womersley. I have found
the techniques in Kinergetics to be the most profound
and deepest I have ever come across in any Kinesiology
workshop. The hydration formats and formats for scanning
are brilliant. Accessing higher levels of energy for deeper
corrections in level 7 provides a very fast way to clear
deeply engrained suppressed emotions and sabotages, which
could take years of work through orthodox psychology avenues.
James Frampton Nov. 1996.
I have been using RESET in my clinic over the last few
years and found it particularly useful on clients who
are otherwise 'untestable' and have not responded to other
methods for obtaining a clear muscle.

PRACTITIONERS - Medical Doctor
Kinergetics is a fast system with simple corrections that
work at a deep level with incredible results. I have incorporated
the hydration and jammed muscle corrections into all my
balances. The T.M.J. correction is simple, fast and effective.
Kinergetics is a special tool with unlimited potential.

I came into this workshop a little skeptical, being programmed
from my doctors that nothing will cure Multiple Sclerosis.
We will go in and out of remission at any time. Well in
my case I have never gone into remission so quickly. I
was having problems walking, coupled with my increasing
tiredness and mind blanks. I have come an incredible way
in three days. Being a Reiki Master, Bowen Therapist,
Massage Teacher, and Aromatherapist I have tried lots
of workshops and healing seminars, always being open to
some natural treatment and or cure. I have never experienced
anything that accesses the mind and body this quickly
or had any healing with such instant results on all levels
of the body, including the peace that I am feeling. After
day two I went walking expecting the usual things to happen
to my legs. I was incredibly surprised when it didn't.
I have enjoyed my first walk for a long time. I cannot
understand how any counselor, psychologist, or therapist
can work without the use of Kinergetics. I can not recommend
Kinergetics highly enough for mind, body, and soul work.

I have been studying Natural Therapies for three years
and since doing the Kinergy workshops have now realized
that Kinergy is the way to go with dealing with all levels
of healing. It is an excellent modality and will no doubt
be used far and wide throughout all healing professions.
L Poole 1994.
As a naturopathic student I have found in Kinergy a simple
direct and most powerful method of locating and correcting
energy imbalances within the body, to facilitate healing
on all levels. The Kinergy intensive workshop was systematic,
comprehensive and complete, making it indispensable for
anyone interested in increasing their healing capacity
and utilizing a most potent, futuristic healing modality.
Thanks Philip, Kinergy is magic.

given me a system which accesses the body mind system
directly to discover the original cause of the stress
and bring forth healing. Thanks Philip for a great week.
Prasham Sept. 1993.
For many years I have been teaching and practising different
forms of energy healing. After hundreds of Psychic and
Personal Development classes, I was pleased with the results
of my work and that of my students. However, amidst all
of our successes, it is true to say that not everybody
that we healed remained healed! After completing Kinergy
5 at the Ontos intensive, it quickly became apparent to
me that at last we healers had a modality of healing which
gives us the ability to correctly pinpoint and direct
the energy that we channel. The wholistic approach of
Kinergy (Body, Mind and Spirit), allows the corrections
to be interactive between the Client and Consultant, which
enhances the healing process and gives the Consultant
access to the greatest source of information needed for
any correction, The Client! In the short time that I have
been using Kinergy the results have been nothing short
of stunning. I will now recommend Kinergy to all students
who are serious about healing.
