'Joanne' needed stretching. She had attended and practised Iyengar yoga several times a week for seven years. There were many of the positions that were easy to do for her, but Full Lotus position was still a strain. I tested the 16 muscles from Kinergetics and many of the hip muscles as well. Sartorius and Piriformis were unlocked in extension. I checked for muscle jamming and most muscles around the hip were jammed. I tested many muscles for hypertonicity and Piriformis rotated to 45 degrees, Adductors to 85 degrees, which is only average for a female.
I corrected Hydration (K7) with priority emotional corrections. I then corrected the TMJ. There was one suppression in the Lateral Pterygoid, and lots of circuits when I touched the Masseter and Temporalis. She could not move her jaw to the right when we started. We had to move it left, then quickly move it right across, and she held it there, while I touched the tight spots in the muscles. After the TMJ correction she could move her jaw to the right immediately. Tension in the left jaw muscles affects the left hip muscles.
Upon retesting the Full Lotus position she was very pleased to report a 30-40% improvement. She was able to go further into the position and maintain it more easily.
I retested all muscles previously out of balance and all had corrected. Piriformis now moved to 85 degrees and Adductors to 135 degrees-both had improved 40 degrees just by balancing hydration and TMJ. All other muscles previously testing hypertonic had also corrected.

I have now been doing Kinergetics work on myself for a
few months and I am noticing the huge diversity with the
abilities of healing potential. I play a lot of sports
including Squash, Touch football, Mountain bike riding
just to name a few. When playing these kinds of sports
regularly I have the occasional accident. I tore a muscle
in the middle of a game in Squash. I over stretched my
Gluteus Maximus. When I arrived home that night I touched
the sore area, looked at the emotion and cleared the issue
using Kinergetics. I was then able to walk comfortably
the next day. I played again ten days later at two semi
finals. I did very light exercise for those ten days,
a ten minute correction, a few days rest - then back on
the court! I crashed my Mountain bike so when I arrived
home I cleaned up all my grazes and then did a five minute
pain correction, looked up the emotion and touched all
sore areas. Some I could not touch so I just held my hand
over those areas for 30 seconds and stacked the information.
I was then able to sit down with no pain in those areas
any more. It still took a few days for all the grazes
to heal but I was back on the bike the next day doing
training again.

It is wonderful to see the look of amazement on people's
faces at the end of RESET. They are amazed at how different
their jaw feels, how much freer movement is. The relief
someone feels when a severe headache is relieved after
RESET - truly amazing. My son plays contact sports and
I would always know when he had taken a knock on his jaw,
as his coordination would be slightly off. Sure enough,
when I checked, his jaw would be out of balance. RESET
sets him back on a coordinated path ready for his next
game. Many clients have experienced relief with neck/back/shoulder
pain. Those with ankle complaints have also noticed quite
a difference. A wonderful tool that anybody can work with,
not only for themselves - those they know and care about
also.

When I first learnt RESET with Philip I wasn't sure I
was as good as he claimed. Over time I have been more
than convinced of the power and value of this technique.
As a massage therapist I will often use it before treating
a specific muscular problem. I find that people's symptoms
are lessened and the overall response to the treatment
is enhanced. It can be used in conjunction with many therapies
such as bodywork, kinesiology and Reiki. It's simple but
powerful and the results are the proof time and time again.

Client had difficulty in moving neck, dull low level pain
in neck, and shoulder pain like pins and needles. Pain
level in neck was 3 and in shoulder 7/8. After RESET pain
level in neck was negligible and shoulder pain went down
to 3. Head movement left, right, up and down was much
more flexible. Client was satisfied with result.

At a recent class a student volunteered for the hamstrings
stretch as she had limited range. She had already tried
Rolfing (which she described as one step short of caning)
with no success. The Kinergetics correction involved accessing
the proprioceptors of the muscle and finding the emotional
cause. Her hamstrings stretched 30 degrees further.

30 degrees is the average improvement. If the body is
holding deep stress it is much easier to release by clearing
the emotions at a brain level. Most of the time only one
muscle of the pair requires the correction - the other
automatically improves. Kinergetics has been used on several
world champions. I was also asked to work on an Australian
AFL team by the coach - the team doctors vetoed the idea.

I am a manipulative therapist of 22 years experience and
have been using Kinergetics for the last three years.
Physiotherapy is a powerful non-drug approach to Western
Medicine, yet I was frustrated by the limits, particularly
when some clients became chronic, while others with similar
injuries healed completely. Chronic clients have frequently
tried many forms of healing, both conservative and alternative
before they see me. In most cases the electro-magnetic
field of the human body is the only 'system' of the body

Kinergetics has been the fastest way I have found to put

is easy for a physiotherapist to tell that a muscle is
tight, but this knowledge does not lengthen the muscle,
only exercise will do this. Psychology will help a client
to see dysfunctional beliefs, yet this insight will not
shift the emotional pain of that belief, only daily attention
and continuing help will do this. Kinergetics can instantly
lengthen muscle and shift dysfunctional beliefs! More
importantly the effects are lasting due to the emotional
release at age of cause. I can not finish without saying
that Kinergetics has been an integral path of my own personal
healing, allowing me to effortlessly drop judgments, stay
in the moment and follow my wants without struggle. In
the past, I felt that the path of Personal Growth was
heavy and emotionally trying. Since I have been using
Kinergetics I simply 'do a balance' to shift my beliefs
and emotions. The next time I am faced with a similar
situation I handle it differently - I no longer feel thwarted
by my past beliefs.
